1. Introduction

Welcome to AIO (the “Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by AIO Technology EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria with offices at Vitosha Blvd №4, 1st Floor, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, and supported by our Dubai office for regional operations.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIO website (https://aio.cash) and related payment, API, and merchant services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering, or using AIO in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use AIO’s Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Have full legal authority to enter into these Terms;
  • Not be located in, or a resident of, any country subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions;
  • Use the Services for lawful business purposes only.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our discretion.

3. Services overview

AIO provides businesses and platforms with:

  • Crypto payment processing services (accepting and settling transactions in digital assets);
  • API and webhook integrations for seamless platform connectivity;
  • Merchant dashboard for transaction monitoring and reporting;
  • Customer and developer support for integrations and troubleshooting.

AIO acts as a technical payment service provider — we do not act as a financial institution, custodian, or investment advisor.

4. Account registration

To access certain Services, you must create an AIO merchant account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
  • Maintain and promptly update your account details;
  • Safeguard your login credentials and restrict unauthorized access;
  • Notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized use.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIO for:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraudulent transactions;
  • Activities violating international sanctions, AML/KYC regulations, or laws of any jurisdiction;
  • Selling or promoting illegal goods, services, or digital assets;
  • Market manipulation or unlicensed securities trading;
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

6. Compliance and verification

AIO complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We may require verification of:

  • Business registration documents;
  • Authorized signatories or directors;
  • Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs);
  • Transaction patterns and risk profiles.

Failure to provide accurate KYC information may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Fees and Settlement

  • Fees for AIO Services are displayed on our website or within your merchant dashboard.
  • Transaction and network fees are automatically deducted from settlements.
  • Settlement timelines depend on blockchain network conditions and internal processing times.
  • We reserve the right to change fees or introduce new charges with prior notice.

8. Blockchain Transactions

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to a blockchain network;
  • AIO cannot reverse, recall, or modify completed transactions;
  • Network congestion or delays may affect transaction times;
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses and transaction details.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to the Platform, including but not limited to software, APIs, trademarks, content, and documentation, are owned or licensed by AIO Technology EOOD.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your business purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute AIO’s technology;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
  • Use AIO trademarks without written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may integrate or link with third-party services (e.g., wallets, analytics, compliance providers). AIO is not responsible for third-party content, actions, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective policies.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using AIO, you consent to such data processing and agree to comply with applicable data protection laws including the GDPR, CCPA, and DPL 2020 (Dubai).

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AIO makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted service availability;
  • Accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of transaction data;
  • Suitability of the Services for a particular purpose.

Blockchain transactions carry inherent risks (e.g., volatility, network congestion, gas fees, or protocol vulnerabilities). You use AIO at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business;
  • Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services in the preceding three (3) months.

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, even if AIO was advised of possible damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIO Technology EOOD, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if we suspect any violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
  • Terminate inactive or non-compliant merchant accounts;
  • Retain data and transaction records as required by law or for audit purposes.

You may terminate your account by contacting [email protected]. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to closure.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

For regional operations, AIO may also cooperate with authorities in the United Arab Emirates where applicable.

17. Changes to These Terms

AIO reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website with the updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
